        Was looking for Xbox. Spoke to David on the phone who was very pleasant and polite. (Unlike me on a Tuesday afternoon!). Drove to store and parking was easy accross the road in pay and display. Was served by Nikki who was also nice. She cleaned the item properly before she handed over to me. I had to pinch myself in the shop because I didn't think you could get the level of customer service these guys gave. They exceeded my expectations. I've never felt happier with human interaction since the pandemic. I would have no hesitation to go back even if it was just to meet these two again. Thank you both. You are a good example of how good customer service should be and people can learn from you. ( I did!)
