This laminate floor was supplied& fitted for 300 which was the best quote I could find. Pleased with the work. They go above and beyond, would use again definitely

We popped in over 2 months ago initially to check availability and stock. We felt that the service was quite slow and they werent particularly interested or helpful. I wish at this point I should have known not to come back. But we continued and returned a week later for samples and a quote. We then chose our flooring and wanted to get booked in asap, but was told that he would need to come round to measure, to check the flooring condition and finalise a quote. We got this booked in for a week later and we got a no show. When we called they had closed. We called again the next day and they said they had an emergency and we rebooked for another week later. On the day, I called to check we were booked in and he then had another emergency and couldnt do that day. We rescheduled for the next day, he turned up an hour late and gave us the quote, he recommended that we just put the new flooring on top of current flooring. Despite other companies recommending that we remove the floor and even it. We then checked other competitors and got back to them to book in a week later as we decided to remove the flooring and level ourselves. They then didnt have the previous notes of our selected colours of flooring and needed us to come back in. When I said I would come that evening, he said he had another emergency and had to shut the shop early. We then spent a further week going round in circles trying to book in and confirm as they should have had our details and I was promised numerous callbacks which also didnt happen. Overall we have spent over 6-8weeks going around in circles, with nothing booked in, no callbacks and as a customer we are trying to persist a sale is just bizarre. As the last callback didnt happen, I have decided for my sanity that I might end up wasting my money because they do not appear to be a genuine company. Its definitely a flooring shop front, but they are selling anything but flooring. I wanted to persist this as the quote came back decent, the reviews on here were good despite some others mentioning issues with booking. But for your sanity; find a different company and dont waste your time.
