AP were the estate agents for our vendors, although the staff were friendly, it was very frustrating having to go through them. We often had to chase them for information, especially regarding any updates about the vendors finding a property, as we had to wait so long for this to happen. We then would have to wait for long periods to hear back from them about queries. They did not seem to be understanding of our frustration of waiting almost a year for completion, lacking compassion from their side. Once our vendors were finally ready to complete, there was a hold up on our end (as we had waited almost a year) and we were constantly being contacted by AP morgan which was frustrating. Showing they were only bothered about the sale and vendors, rather than those buying. The after sales were also poor, and as soon as the property was out of their hands they wanted nothing to do with us and our queries. We were not happy with the property once we moved in and they did not care at all and fobbed us off. Maybe ok to sell through them but would try and avoid them for purchasing through in the future. But don't worry, you will get a bag of mostlyrubbish once your sale has gone through, to make up for everything.
