Rituals body stuff is an absolute game changer! The scents are so good and they are not harsh on my skin either. Price wise they are abit on the expensive side but I always get them when they are on sale!

I had visited the Rituals store with my husband to buy a birthday present for my sister. The store was very well maintained and we were impressed by their customer service as well, specific shoutout to Jacob who went out of his way to make customers feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable about the products. The overall experience was a positive one and would highly recommend this store.

I was served by a young lady called Maariyah and can I just sayshe was amazing! Literally this is the first time I stepped foot into a store like that and Maariyah put me at ease. There was no pressure just great suggestions and customer service. You should be proud of her! 5/5

I had heard a lot of good things about Rituals. As someone who did not spend a lot of time trying or buying luxurious products, I was terrified to step into the store. I mustered the courage as a I wanted a present fitting for someone as special as my girlfriend. Shewley was approachable, helped me trial the Ayurveda range and decide which products to pick. The service was incredible! On my next visit, to purchase another gift, Lauren was equally helpful and welcoming.
