Amazing! We have purchased all the flooring for our new home from here and its been wonderful. The sales people have all been amazing and understanding with what we want and helped us choose. Never felt pressured to buy and everyone is friendly and welcoming. The fitter Josh is lovely and always does a professional job. Cant fault you, thank you so much.

Brilliant experience from start to finish, didnt need to go into store, all dealt with over the phone, Lewis was brilliant, great advice from ordering, delivery to fitting, will definitely use again, great job guys keep up the good work.

Made my purchase of vinyl flooring at the Erdington store. A helpful guy named Lewis served me and addressed my confusion about roll width, which way I wanted the pattern to run etc, most helpful. Gave me a price, delivery date, and arranged a fitter to call a couple of days later. He called a few days before delivery and fitting to arrange an exact time slot too. The fitter (Josh) came and did a very neat job (lots of cutting into and around kitchen units), super neat job actually, looks stunning. Great experience all round.
