Empowerment

Cannot fault, my partner has been using the service for 3 months now. wouldn't use any other service now - very caring counselling service unlike the initial one we found. Offers both face to face & telephone or video calls if you can't make it in. Would recommend without hesitation. Bob

My experience with my counsellor was really helpful. She helped me to find and focus on my priorities that enabled me to feel more confident and motivated. I also felt comfortable to talk and express personal issues and feel much better. Thank you very much for your service.

Fantastic service from Elina, had some on going issues and she managed to put my mind at rest, very professional and has great listening skills which is very important, will be using her for a very long time.

I am so grateful for her support, she listened to my feelings. She has allowed me to feel confident about myself and let me see that my negative moments can change. She has helped me to work towards my goals positively. I now have more of a positive outlook on life. Thank you again for your support i appreciate it so much.
