Very helpful when I rang. I sent a photo of a previously purchased necklace (from a show) and they matched it up with a bangle. I also couldn't resist the earrings. Very quick delivery. Bangle perfect. Eye catching jewellery. Highly recommend.

Whilst i love the products hence the 2 stars i would give 0 stars for customer service. I have bought from this store at the Knitting and Stitching show in Ally Pally over the last couple of year. So delighted was I with the necklace i have my husband bought me another for my birthday in October. Unfortunately the necklace doesnt suit me and we would like to swap it, but he didnt notice that the returns policy is only 15 days. Please be aware as i now have a necklace i wont be wearing. This exchange has spoilt my view of the compnay alas.

Wow! I love everything about this company! I ordered at 8.30am on Black Friday and my items were dispatched later that day, arriving by noon the following day, each in their own little presentation pouch. The items are exactly as shown online, great quality and a fabulous range of unusual pieces! Ive already recommended to my bestie and will be ordering again soon!

We bought a beautiful necklace for a friends birthday in May! Contacted the company to pop a Happy Birthday message in so that my friend knew who it was from. Item was delivered really fast and arrived before then special day. Service was absolutely fantastic and staff are obviously going above and beyond in these crazy times! Our friend really liked the necklace but decided that she didnt have enough that she could wear it with. She has happily perused the website and chose a different style and has organised herself an exchange without any issues. Thanks to the Jewellery Stop for making it all so easy.
