Battery World

Battery World supplied and fitted a new car battery while I waited in just a few minutes. They confirmed that the old one was U/S (expected as I had to start the car with a jump pack) and the CCA rating had dropped to 15% of spec even after a half hour drive. They also reset the car's ECU to accept the new battery (recommended on many modern cars) and confirmed that the Stop/Start feature would work OK. Thanks to Robert for a fast professional service.

I don't use the car much, and had been getting by through jumping it via battery pack for my twice monthly uses of said car. Finally there wasn't enough juice for even the transmission. Battery world fitted me in right away, quoted a decent price, and when I got there realised my car took a smaller battery and reduced the quote. They fitted it while I waited, fitted a better battery than the one I already had, and we're just generally nice dudes. Cheaper than I had previously had batteries fitted too and with 3 years warranty. I probably won't use the car any more than I currently do, but at this price it's almost cheaper to get a new battery every few years than to put wear and tear on the car. Highly recommend.

Rob Silvera just want to say a massive thank you I had my car battery die on me today Rob helped me get my car back on the road as I needed my car for school run and work and had appointments for my wife but didnt need to worry as Rob went beyond his job come to my house started my car a replaced the battery for me within 20 min just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service

Got a flat battery an hour before closing time on a Friday evening. Phoned Battery World on Pershore Road Birmingham and Rob looked after me with the great price and fit. I must say the fitting was a challenge on Infiniti M35H! I definitely recommend the place. Thanks Rob
