Called yesterday evening after smashing my glass on my tank while working over a 100 miles from home, tried to help me there and then but unfortunately he couldnt, so he said he would pick one up in the morning and bring it to me. Couldnt have asked for better customer service, honestly wasnt sure at all about what vape I needed or what would be best for my needs, spoke to rob about everything and came away with a perfect set up for me, he was so genuine and not pushing for a sale, he wanted to make sure I got the right device and mg nicotine that Id need to finally quit smoking for good, then I called him out to basically just have a chat about a few questions I had and he was out in a few minutes spent a good bit of time with me and put my mind at ease that I wasnt doing anything wrong, very knowledgeable on the vapes and coils, couldnt recommend him more for anyone thats just starting out and wants someone who will give you all the information you need to make an informed decision, absolute legend
