Recovered by this garage after I broke down. They came really fast and were so polite and helpful. I feel they went above and beyond to help me. Would 100 percent recommend.

Went to them with 2 issues, one being my tyre tracking and the other being a rattling underneath my car. 650 later both issues are still prevalent. I was told I'd need 4 new tyres as the tracking was causing wear on all of them to be in one spot. I was shocked when after this I went to pick up my car to find out they still had not aligned my wheels after it was verbally agreed multiple times.( meaning it was just a matter of time for the spot reduction to start again) I told them I had similar rattling noise before which was an exhaust problem but clearly specified I didn't know that's what was making the noise. I think laziness led them to not check this and quote for a new exhaust box and relevant fittings. 650 later the noise is still apparent. Friendly staff but the cross over communication from mechanics to the other staff was shocking as the mechanics who worked on my car when asked why the tracking wasn't done replied "I didn't know we had to do that". After I realised the fact both issues had not been solved I returned just to be told to come back another day for the rattling, and to go elsewhere for the tracking. Nice people, shocking customer service and knowledge. I won't be coming back again and will be advising against this place.

They were quicker than the RAC team. Came and picked my broken down car within 30 mins. Compared to 9hours i had to wait for RAC to even assign me someone to pick my car. Super helpful and professional garage as well.
