        I went in today as my printer has been playing up, the chap was ever so helpful and said his diagnostic work would be 15. So I thought I would take the chance saving buying a new printer. When I took it in he took a quick look and found a piece of trapped paper and as my magic I went home and it works fine. He didn't even charge me a penny!! Restored my faith in humanity. Thank you so much.

        Just be aware of the terms and conditions. When you buy a full set of cartridges that are no longer suitable, They only offer you a credit note, and you have to buy the equivalent item.Cannot spend the money on other things when they do not have a replacement for your type of printer.
