        I was very impressed with the efficiency of Oulsnam's - at a time sadly when so many other organisations have forgotten the basics of customer service. Always responsive, professional and pleasant to deal with. The photography and video service was also of a high quality. I would definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service to others.

        Agent was always on time for viewings and promptly replied to email/phone queries. Nothing was too much trouble for Samantha and I was able to secure the property without any problems. When I collected the keys to my new home I was given a welcome pack which was a lovely start to my new life in Bournville.
