I have worked for Support Asia as a support worker then went on working as a team leader. Brilliant company to work with and the managers, colleagues and staff are all lovely and friendly. Staff are highly trained and support asia provide outstanding care and services to all service users and meet all requirements and their needs. I would recommend anyone to come and work with Support asia and be part of the team.

I have been working for SUPPORT ASIA for 9 years. It has been a pleasure to work here, management is approacable and teamwork is key. The management gives the best possible outcome by asking, listening, coaching and providing support to promote the well being for all staff and service user's. As a member of staff, SUPPORT ASIA is a place to call home. You get back what you give out.

I have been working with Support Asia as a support worker for just over a year now and the experience I have had so far is very positive. It's based on my experience with the company staff, management and clients. I could not disagree more with some of the reviews which states all staff is unprofessional, don't care about clients,can't cook and have no knowledge of person centered approach. Personally all the staff I have worked with, showed high level of understanding of clients rights, needs and their wishes. All was very professional and always willing to learn more and ask management for support if needed. The management has always been very professional, supportive and understanding. As for mum of 3 children, it's hard to find a full time job and still manage to be around with your family. Support Asia was always very supportive in that and respectful, trying their best with making rotas to fit and allocate the requested hours. I have been working in care sector for over 6 years now and I can say that this work is my passion and makes me happy. I know for sure if I'm satisfied and happy about my work my clients will be happy too, and that is the most important
