Fantastic service from BMTR! Craig was very welcoming and accommodating. Matt and Dwight were both knowledgeable and professional. All 3 members of staff were more than happy to answer my questions with regard to the road force balancing I had carried out. I was impressed with the extra attention to detail such as removing the adhesive residue left by old weights on the inside of my wheels. All this coupled with a superbly clean facility and complimentary hot drinks filled me full of confidence as a customer. I would highly recommend BMTR. Thanks guys for the great service!

What a weird experience!!! This is a long review which I feel I must tell although I dont normally do reviews ( so plz bear with me ). So, I had my car booked in for a 4 wheel alignment at 2pm, on the day rang in to say might be bit late, 10-15mins late to which the guy says then that if another customer comes hes going to take that job on and Ill be made to wait, which shocked me a bit as I thought you know sometimes people are a bit late, but to be told youll have to wait if you not there on time thought bit harsh and not very customer sympathetic!! Anyway, managed to get there by 2pm, car was taken in by guy who was to do the wheel alignment ( top guy and a real credit to the company, very courteous and informative ) after short while chap doing alignment came to see me and explained that back shocks bit drooping and alignment basically not worth doing until I replace shocks, fair enough and nice of him to tell me that. So we agreed to leave the rear alignment and just do fronts. He done front and handed keys to me, went to pay and the guy at counter says 85!! But I was told prior to me coming ( over the phone ) that if only fronts are done it would be 40 and if rears as well then 85. Explained that to guy at reception, but oh no,no,no Im Not having my guy work on a bmw for 1hr and charging 40!!! So I said again that I was told over the phone it would be 40 if only fronts done, I then asked if I could talk to the gentleman that took the booking over the phone, ironically it happened to be the nice guy who done the alignment, so he was called back to reception and I explained how you said 40 if only fronts. He knew I was telling the truth, but seemed a bit hesitant at first ( maybe because of guy at reception ). Anyway, he eventually agreed and asked the guy to charge me 40. By now I could see guy at reception about to explode with anger, but since he now had no choice he billed me 45!! Only when I paid I realised hed added 5!! From 40 to 45 , by this time I just couldnt be asked to argue for a fiver and basically just wanted to get out of there ASAP!! Like I said. Weird experience!! Anyway I hope this review is helpful to those who read it. Basically, just make sure you confirm price before any work through guy at reception!!! . Ps. The alignment was top job!! Thank you to the chap that done it I forget his name but young Jamaican lad.
