MECs have been a brilliant letting agent for my house in harborne over the last 7 years. They then did a great job selling the house for me. My house sold quickly and Sami and his colleagues were really helpful in moving the process forward as fast as possible. I couldnt have asked for a quicker and easier process. They always respond to queries quickly and are efficient and organised. I would thoroughly recommend them for both lettings and sales.

MECS were great throughout the sale of our property (a 2-bed flat), especially during a pretty difficult time of mortgage rates rising, uncertainty amongst potential buyers, etc. They brought a decent number of people through the door, persevered through a couple of buyers who (due to those mortgage rate issues) had to drop out, then persevered and indeed pushed the process through to completion.
