I used International Moving Expert for a move from London to Abu Dhabi. My first conversations with Paul were extremely positive and he was honest and helpful, highlighting considerations that I was unaware of. We built a good rapport and I found Paul to be generous with his advice, which is why I eventually went with him over other providers. He had a look at my property contents by video call which was efficient and we also discussed other quotes that I'd had. As the date of the move approached, Julie took over communications and answered all my questions and queries, ensuring everything went to plan. The guys that did the packing worked exceptionally hard, wrapping, boxing and labelling items as well as creating the inventory for customs. Julie then stayed in contact after I moved, providing regular updates on the shipment and ensuring I was in touch with the UAE agents at the other side who did an equally excellent job, even unpacking for me at the other end. Overall a really great service that helped me through what could have been a stressful and uncertain move abroad but what turned out to be a fun adventure. Thank you for your great service. Paul & Julie were great during my move to the USA. Paul arranged a short video survey and within a week had guys pack my things securely and itemised and then loaded onto a truck. Once my shipment arrived the US Julie was in touch with the courier in New York who contacted me the same day to arrange delivery the following week. My items arrived at my storage unit with the itemised checklist and off loaded by the couriers. During this process all Ive had to do is make a handful of phone calls, emails and open a door! Id highly recommend dealing with Paul & Julie for anyone looking to make an international move.

We recently used Paul and the team for our migration from UK to Australia. Paul was incredibly helpful when guiding us through the early stages of deciding what we should and shouldn't take - his insight was invaluable and he was always available for a chat or a video call to deal with our ever changing thought process! Once booked, Julie was always extremely diligent and attentive to ensure that we were kept up to date re the move. Would thoroughly recommend these guys - a professional company with a very personal touch that helped remove a huge amount of stress from our overall move.
