        The proprietor of Fine Frames, Louise, did a great job getting an autographed photo framed for me. The frame and mat were what I wanted. And the project was delivered on schedule. Lou even held the shop open for me as I was running a bit late to collect. During the process, she kept in regular text contact with me. There's a small collection of framed art also on sale in the shop. Lou told me she has been operating for many years in South Birmingham. She seemed a nice lady with a good sense of humour. I'd employ her services again.
