Wonderful shopping experience, great customer parking facilities, massive selection, competitive prices and most importantly very friendly and helpful staff, especially the store manager Sameena who had extensive knowledge of the products and always with a smile.

My wife and I vsited Litecraft in Edington, Birmingham, where we were served by Robert. The store was well laid out with an incredibly large amount of choice. The prices were also fair. The service we had from Robert was above and beyond, and Litecraft should be aware of the service this man delivers on their behalf. He couldn't do enough to help, applied no pressure whatsoever and knew his trade. He showed us various options and was equally happy to show us cheaper options and provide examples of where we could save money. Top old school service, Litecraft you should give this man a bonus. And, just to clarify, we've never met him before! Recommended.

Sameena, Rob and Sabita are amazing hosts!! We had a great time here!! Amazing choice of lights and knowledgeable staff! Sabita makes an amazing cup of tea!!!
