It has been more than a week since called and submitted the application in the portal and also emailed the supporting documents. Till now there is no response. Also made follow up calls twice and the response said the team will get back which didn't happen. Our need was urgent as the LL didn't provide a washer dryer. Not sure if there is a process or system glitch or if it is intentional .
