Chris and Scott always ready to help whatever the problem...having my recilner converted to rise and recline as my knees have given up and find it uncomfortable trying to stand ...the riser mechanism is a game changer for me. There's a chair to suit everyone's needs..that I'm sure off .

Called Chris after our elderly mother had a problem with her rise and recliner chair. He came out promptly and could not have been more helpful. Really friendly, genuine chap who fixed the issue quickly and with minimum cost. Would not hesitate to recommend him and use him again if required. Brilliant service.

Very friendly people and was only to willing to help me with whatever I needed and never rushed me deciding what chair I wanted and letting me take my time with choosing one and yes I would recommend them to people who need that special treatment and willing to do whatever they can to make sure you are happy with whatever you want they are.
