Stay away from the chubby bald guy, keep his hands away from your phone. Don't let them replace the batteries of your smartphone. They used super glue between the battery and the screen and pressed on it as hard as they could, when they should have used a gel. The first time I had the battery replaced for the same phone, there wasn't any problem because it wasn't from this store. When going for the third battery replacement, many members from other repair stores told me that there is a huge risk of the screen being broken when replacing the battery because they (2nd battery replacer) used super glue and pressed really hard. Aaaand the screen broke. Incompetent and unqualified staff members, they should be better trained to avoid damaging customer's phones. From what I can remember, it was the bald, hairless chubby staff member who needs to be deployed and trained better. The others seemed alright; they should have done the fixing.
