The sailors

I don't understand all the positive reviews. Had Sailors yesterday. Chips were OK., but the Cod..... Cod? It was thin, greasy and the batter was a funny colour. I would not recommend Sailors. I wished I had gone to Oliver's or George & Helens. That's what you get I guess for trying somewhere new. Don't trust all the positive reviews!!!

Best fish and chips i ever had ,the orange battered fish and chips just melt in the mouth, a choice of plain chips or battered, lovely clean shop and nice staff

Its a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, some classics and some some twists, and for their prices its 100% worth it.

I pass this chippy on way back from uni and i have to say i had the best fish and chips ever! The fish was cooked to perfection and the battered chips were amazing! Customer service was fast and efficient, definitely my permanent stop on way home from now on
