Holli is an excellent massage therapist. I started with a 30 min scalp and face massage followed by reflexology. The pressure applied in the neck and shoulder massage was perfect and the space where the treatment took place was calming and warm. I was so relaxed that I drifted off at one point. The treatment was just what I hoped it would be. I'll be back.

Had a hour back massage and reflexology. Felt so relaxed. So much so I fell asleep for 3 hours in the afternoon and then had a full nights sleep. Fantastic.

What a fantastic well-being centre located in the heart of Stirchley! My first time to Space Therapies will not be my last, having had a wonderful reflexology season with Holli, I can't wait to go back and have more. I was straight away made to feel really relaxed and at ease, made all the easier by the beautiful therapy room that we were in - and despite being located next to a busy high street, once I was laid down on the couch I wasn't distracted at all. The music, the ambience, and most importantly, Holli's wonderful presence combined to give me a truly amazing reflexology experience, my first and far from my last! Highly recommended, and they don't only offer reflexology, but also many other holistic and complementary treatments like reiki, massage, as well as spiritual meetings.
