Bad things: The scan and go devices are usually all used, not available, not put back at the entry by staff.
You have to chase down staff to try and get a bag, because we apparently can't be trusted to scan a bag at the checkout. It's frustrating when you're waiting at a checkout for 5 minutes for the already busy staff to scan a bag for you.
