        So impressed with the quality of customer service on a very busy Mothers Day weekend. I was met by Caroline as I entered the store who asked how she could help me, what a fabulous asset to the store - she knew exactly what I needed and directed another member of staff to it, reconfigured my bracelet and replaced my broken link in a fast, friendly and efficient manner, 10 out of 10 for this store and lady

        My experience with Pandora is very bad I bought these silver and rose gold rings, and in less than two years they changed color and became unable to use them. According to the employee, the rings should not be exposed to sterilizers, perfumes, etc There is no service to repair or take care of the rings because they were offered for sale in 2018. I regret buying because its price were high, and if I bought real gold, it would be better for daily use and would not change.
