Helped myself and my husband choose a stunning new engagement ring to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary nothing was too much trouble she had so much patience and being able to choose the diamond and setting we wanted added to a wonderful experience Thank you we will return

If you want great service and a massive range to choose from you need to visit this jewellers and if you can get served by Mike his brilliant. No pressure to buy what we did, very knowledgable and a laugh which added to the experience. Staff all seemed lovely and really friendly, will be returning to buy some more jewellery in the future

Off we went to the jewellery quarter today in search for our wedding rings. We didnt really know what to expect in all honestly as this is something we havent done before. So after hearing so many reviews about hockley jewellers we decided thats where we would go. A lovely man called Mike served myself and my husband to be. Mike was so helpful and went above a beyond to ensure we wasnt wasting our money. My engagement ring is platinum so ultimately we wanted a platinum wedding band to sit next to my engagement ring. I also wanted a band which had diamonds half way round to match my engagement ring. Mike was so helpful an provided us with the most amazing customer care. After spending a lot of time choosing my ring we then went onto my husband to bes ring. Originally we just wanted a plan band however Mike was so amazing as showing us all the variety we ended up with a beautiful band. Mike wasnt pushy at all an he wasnt your typical sales man. I would highly recommend Hockley jewellers they have even offered to clean a return my engagement ring which I didnt buy from there!! Thanks so much Mike your a star!!
