The gait analysis was quite short and not very in depth and Im not sure whether it was an inexperienced customer service advisor or just a lack of communication skills but my wife was told that she required a standard pair of running shoes No recommendations, no advice, no real service. My wife even asked, so, I could just buy a standard pair of running trainers from anywhere? And the server didnt really know what to say.
All in all, we were both really disappointed and wont be heading back in a hurry.
