Had my house burgled by 4 x men on the 21st of January 2023 after only an hour of leaving my house (as seen on my neighbours CCTV). One of the items stolen was one of my favourite necklaces - my yellow gold Amethyst necklace (as born on the 8th of February - my birth stone). I ordered another which was delivered just now - thank goodness it is even more beautiful than the lovely one I sadly lost - the stone is even darker. Bought a stunning gold rope bracelet here and unfortunately it broke. I emailed the customer service advisor about the matter and they sorted me with a replacement out of gesture of good will due to the item being sentimental. Absolutely lovely company, honest and good people. Do recommend this store.

I am as picky as they come. I spent the first hour with my new necklace months ago disliking the ever so slight rattle the locket made (normal noise) and then I wore it ever since. Quality is just amazing. I love it. And it never rattles now unless shaken. And just bought another. I dont want to go anywhere else and about to buy some gold jewellery from here too.

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH EARRINGS I HAD BOUGHT OVER A YEAR AGO AND CONTACTED THE FINE JEWELLERY COMPANY THEIR RESPONSE WAS FIRST CLASS AS THEY REPLACED MY EARRINGS AND WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH REGARD TO DELIVERY FOR THIS REASON I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE COMPANY AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO PURCHASE IN THE FUTURE.
