We have relocated and are looking for our perfect home. To do this, we have spoken to a lot of estate agents, but there is one who is standout head and shoulders above the rest. Thats Amelia Pace at the Dixons Kings Norton branch. She is just exceptional! She regularly calls to check in and see how our search is going, giving us updates on the market along the way. If we want to view a house in a different area with a different office, Amelia calls up her colleagues and arranges the viewing for us. She has nothing to gain by doing this, but she does it because she actually cares about her customers finding the right home. I know some estate agents just want a sale, but Dixons Kings Norton is nothing like that, they are so caring and go over and above. When we come to sell in the future, this is the only person I would trust to do the best thing for us. Amelia and the team at KN, thank you- you are just amazing x

We have just completed on selling my family home and I couldn't of picked a better estate agents to sell with than Dixons Kings Norton. From the moment I met Korron I knew that I wanted her to support me and help me through this journey, for all the help and support she has given me especially through the paperwork and solicitors side. The team at Dixons Kings Norton were highly professional at all times, yet incredibly approachable and friendly. We could tell they really cared about us as clients, and they wanted the process to be as stress-free as they could make it. They were attentive at all points of the sale, from quotation to marketing to ensuring the sale went through in a timely (and smooth!) manner.
