Purchased laminate flooring for 2 bedrooms, Aj and the team were fantastic, they came out to measure, and sorted a date for fitting, they came out on time, the fitter and the boy helping done an amazing job, and on top of it all i was able to pay in monthly instalments so it didnt break the bank, definitely recommended and cant wait to go back to order my flooring for all downstairs Thank u Aj and the team

Had my kitchen flooring done this week, its perfect. the guys were very friendly and I got very quick responses got flooring fitted within 1 day off ordering. Definitely recommend Will be using again in the future.

The most unprofessional, unethical place to get your carpets from , they are big time scammers. The carpet fitter cut the landing and stairs carpet too short , its been 3 months since they installed and to date they have not come back to replace the carpets every day the owner keeps promising that they on their way but never turn up. Not only did they do a shoddy job but they scammed us , since we were getting the flooring and carpets of the whole house done the owner ordered a whole box of beadings rather than what was needed because apparently it worked cheaper , yes cheaper for the carpet shop not us, he ordered a whole box and the carpet fitter conveniently helped himself to a handful of our beading on his way out saying its needed for another job and that we will be reimbursed later , so they order in bulks from one customer who is getting a big job done and then also get the other customer to pay but only to use from the first customer making double profit , big scam bugs. So they conveniently took our beading that we paid for and not even complete our job leaving us with less beading , the beading was left uncompleted carpets fitted too short that it started to fray. To be honest you are better off paying a few more hundred pounds and go somewhere else more reliable than pay thousands and have a shoddy job done . We so regret leaving our old carpet fitters who we have had no problem to date with but only went to yew tree because we thought they had a good selection of flooring but that too was a scam . When we initially went we were shown a variety of Designs and when we ordered they were all out of stock and because every time he kept changing we at the end were so fed up that we just ordered what was available and not of our choice , to be honest he was a good sales man who just targeted us convinced that they were reliable good people to do business with but what a big mistake it was and a nightmare. A 3 day job ended to be 3 months job . At the end we had to get our carpets and beading redone from our usual carpet supplier. Never ever recommend yew tree to any one.
