        I'm very appreciated to Harry. He is very warm-hearted. Whenever I meet problems and consult him, he will reply to me at the first time and help me solve them. last month, my house had electricity problems. There was no electricity in my house. I'm not sure about the power company's solution to the problem. Harry used his time to check my questions. Back and forth, for more than a week, finally resolved, he is the most reliable person I think. and i will said Thanks again!

        We dealt with Sophie, who showed us around the beautiful property that we are now living in. She was so helpful, accommodating and informative and really helped us with ensuring our offer was one to place us in good stead. Both Sophie and her team made the process so easy for us and were so kind in ensuring that client care was maintained throughout as well as after we had even moved in. Great customer service. Highly recommended!

        Dealt with Kirstie Lau & Sophie Adams and the quality of service from the viewing until the referencing being completed was impeccable. I've had some bad experiences historically with letting agents in Birmingham but these two are a credit to the business. Highly recommend.
