Professional, patient, friendly and supportive. I went for my initial assessment on a recent shoulder injury with Gemma, and after that hour I knew immediately I was in the right hands. The care and attention is really exceptional. Gemma took the time to explain my injury and current healing process clearly making me always feel comfortable and confident that I am well and truly on the mend. The treatment room is always comfy and the access to the gym space really helps when being shown the relevant exercises. Can't recommend highly enough.

The physios here know what theyre talking about. Could get in really quickly for a time that suited me using their calendar and found the problem straight away and was able to give me an in-depth overview on how to address the problem. Was great to work with them on my injury and helped my recovery.

I have been a client at Arca for a number of years and always been well looked after. Gemma and the team have helped me get back to full fitness after some unfortunate injuries. Would recommend for anyone in the Birmingham area.

A really welcoming clinic! Helped me get back to fitness for sport, rather than just for day-to-day. Which for myself as an athlete was huge. If youre based in Birmingham/surrounding areas, definitely worth visiting!

I am truly grateful for the professional treatment that I have received at Arca Physio. After only three sessions my problem was resolved. I had issues with my upper arm developing over half a year, with reduced mobility and pain that let me wake up at night. At the first session I was properly looked at and then got my shoulder mobilised and some simple exercises that fit even into a working day. The results were amazing, and gradually I got back to normal. I would not have thought how quickly I got cured. Now playing Tennis, Kayaking and biking are back on programme.
