Raj is exemplary at his job and customer care. I have been attending Hall Green Tyre Services for the last 10 years with both my BMW and Camper. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The service is caring, conscientious, excellent on cost and they always go above and beyond. I won't go to anyone other than Raj at Plume Tyres, Hall Green. I trust him, because he is knowledgeable and honest. He and Gary work really well as a team and they make sure I've got the tyres I need and they are fitted speedily and safely. You always get good tyres, at a good price, honest advice, friendliness and a laugh. Why would I go anywhere else?!

Amazing service!!! Cannot recommend this garage enough. No job too big or too small. Saved me a fortune. My exhaust bracket broke off and he welded me a new one there and then. Other places advised it wasn't possible and I would need a whole new exhaust system. Absolute legends!!! Highly recommended!!!

Booked a tyre online and plume called me a day before my appointment to let me know it had arrived and I could pop in anytime to get it fitted! Then when I did go Raj advised me to get my tyre fixed instead of replaced and to use it where I had a tyre that was ripping. He was great and really helped me when I have no idea what Im doing! Thank you :)

Awesome service. Struggling to get an exhaust part so they made me one. They are the exhaust guru's. Will never go anywhere else from now on. Other visit 28th April in and out within 30 mins. Raj sorted out my exhaust, again great service. Upgrading Raj from exhaust guru to Yoda of exhausts.
