I've been a customer at Paul Green Jewellers for over fifteen years and they have always provided an excellent, very personal service. I've recently had a diamond replaced in a ring. I collected it along with a valuation a couple of weeks ago and was, as always I was very pleased with the repair. I left and went into Birmingham shopping, 90 minutes later I looked at my ring and a different diamond had fallen out. Somehow I had managed to break a claw in that short period. It was extremely bad luck and I was extremely upset to say the least. This was 100% my fault, absolutely nothing to do with the work that'd been done. I went back to Paul's to arrange it being fixed again. I was crying and to my surprise Paul and his daughters offered to replace and repair the diamond free of charge, this was something that would have cost me 300. This family are genuine and kind hearted people. They saw another human in distress and had the compassion to put money and business aside to try and make me whole again. There are few people left in the world like this and I will always be grateful for this kind act. I highly recommend buying and working with this family and thank you to you all :)

Don't think I'll go anywhere else but here for my jewellery. The owner is a lovely man and his Daughters. Nothing is too much trouble and it was based on recommendation from my Dad who's used them over the years. Funny because we both mentioned the great service you recieve regarding this particular shop without realising it was the same one until we got there!

Paul Greens will always be the place I go to for my jewellery. Not only have they made a bespoke engagement ring for myself adding in everything I wanted. And keeping me in the loop at all stages. They also created my parents wedding jewellery and they are still my parents number 1 go to. I will also be going back to them to get my wedding rings. They treat us like family, and the service is second to none. I cannot recommend them enough. They are not just a jewellers, theyre family.
