Just unhappy that after specifically asking about paying the fitter by card in store, and having it confirmed that they could take card payments, the fitter then expected cash on completion.
Celia in the store then said I was "mistaken" (lying) despite having specifically asked her with my wife next to me.
I've used United Carpets and Beds Stechford on 3 occasions previously, and will be taking my business elsewhere next time. Incredibly disappointed.
Also concerned that if fitters are being paid cash, there may be something suspicious afoot? Make up your own mind.
