Took deflated tyre which was less than 1 month old with possible puncture, told the tyre had to be scrapped and replaced. Informed tyre had been removed and could not be put back on wheel. Took the removed tyre to another garage, who put it back on wheel, pumped it up and it was fine , it was just a deflated tyre, they tried to charge be 85 to replace
