It's been 3 years since I last bought a pair of Skechers, but I was optimistic when I arrived that I would find a pair of sturdy walking shoes. Dievan, who was the assistant in the store afforded me a lot of time and attention as the store was very quiet, with only one other customer. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the shoes and listened attentively to my requirements. His expertise came to the fore and he was able to narrow down the most suitable shoes from the wide array available. I found his demeanour to be pleasant, friendly and approachable. Any question I had, he answered enthusiastically. He spent further time with me, getting the right size and identifying and focusing on the shoe fit wile aligning with my needs. I was able to find the 'right pair' and am Thankful to Dievan for providing me such great customer service. The whole process took much less time than expected and I left the store, a happy, satisfied customer with my new shoes.
