I ordered a ring from Sonnys. Sonu was my main contact point at the jewellers. He was very helpful throughout the process, explaining the diamond grading system and advising on what would be the best option for my budget. He was very patient, attentive and efficient, delivering the ring well within expected timeframe and up to standard. Really appreciate all the support, thank you Sonu! Highly recommend

We found our perfect wedding rings here. I was struggling to find a wedding ring that fitted around my engagement ring that was as thin as my engagement ring but Sonny made a ring to fit around my engagement ring. I originally wasnt happy with the thickness of the ring so they thinned it further down for me. Now I am in love with it and cant wait to wear it everyday. My fiancs ring is lovely, comfortable to wear and has our wedding date engraved for free!

I was really disappointed in the service here! I was visiting from out of town and made a point of visiting as I had seen some items online which I wanted to take a closer look at. Once inside, there were a fair number of other customers, but after browsing for a short time I approached a member of staff who appeared to be free and started asking for help to see something closer. I was cut off and just told "there are a lot of people waiting" and to come back later. It's possible I misunderstood, but there were not other customers nearby and I had not seen this person assist anyone else before I approached - nor did I see anyone else go to approach after our interaction. It seemed like it was just decided that whatever my request was, it was less important than what other customers might need. I just left - to be honest, I'm quite upset, it was a little shocking to me to be so blatantly rebuffed and I had been quite keen to visit prior to this interaction. What they did have seemed to be an excellent selection and beautiful quality - just a shame I couldn't see what I wanted in person.
