        Been going to karat for the past two years, they have unique modern designs which I like and theres never any pressure to buy unlike some others Ive been to. Theyre a Nice family owned place and honest and welcoming with a professional service.

        Amazing service. I live nowhere near where the shop is situated so I ordered my new ring over the telephone. The gentleman I spoke to went above and beyond to make sure I got the right size. Sent images of my item. Was incredibly attentive and responsive. My item arrived a day after ordering. I will be shopping from here again. Thank you :)

        Ridiculous, never open on time Visited twice, its 1.30 and they are not open. Rubbish customer service. Arrived on a Saturday and still wasn't open by 12
