I have had lower back problems for the last 30 years since I first suffered from a herniated disc in my lower back. I have seen a number of physios in that time, with a varying degree of success. I have been a client at St Pauls under Alex for more than a decade now, and am extremely happy with my quality of care. Although I still suffer episodes of sciatica due to lower disc degeneration, Alexs expertise has really helped with pain management. Alex clearly has a wealth of knowledge in his field and has great interpersonal skills; this helps him to quickly assess my treatment needs to ensure we reach the desired outcome in the most effective way. As a result, I would highly recommend Alex and St Pauls to anyone requiring physiotherapy.

Ive been going to St Pauls Physio whenever I need a bit of therapy to get the old body in check. The service and treatment is first class. The wealth of knowledge from the practitioners makes you feel at ease and well informed in terms of how to look after your body after any physio sessions with ongoing exercises . Overall I would highly recommend this practice for any physio treatment.

Exceptional! I have been involved in sports at both recreational level across many sports including marathons, triathlons, cycling, snowboarding and endurance races but also at an elite level in football in the premier league.Throughout my time i have therefore had the opportunity to work with many physios of all levels. In the last 6 years I have snapped both left and right ACL's in my knee and had a huge accident snowboarding which resulted in multiple broken bones and a lot of overall damage. Alex has been pivotal in my recovery. Without his expertise guidance, hands on work and positive progressive and genuine mindset, it is safe to say I would not be where I am today. Finding a physio who can relate to everyday physical challenges but also attaining great quality of life post injury is very rare. Almost as rare as me writing a review :-) but given the quality of the service Alex provides it very much warrants this. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
