Not just a price list like other brokers. They actually care about getting what best for you. They help you understand what route to take and don't just try and push a deal. Very professional but personal at the same time. One to one communication and you aren't just treated as a number so I was really pleased especially as my case was a bit tricky but they had the patience to wait for paper work for be delt with my end. Really thankful and looking forward to my next renewal as I know it will be super easy and without worry of any hidden agenda. Thanks guys
