I visited Graeme 7 weeks before an ultra marathon with a knee injury and then a sprained ankle a few weeks later, thinking my race was over, Graeme was able to fix both injuries and get me on the start line to complete the race. Amazing service, would highly recommend.

8 weeks out from London marathon I got a calf injury which I thought was race over. I was introduced to Graeme who called a spade a spade, assessed my calf, my attitude and approach, my time to comit to rehab, my aims and goals. He then gave me a realistic plan. He stayed in touch via phone and answered concerns or queries I had. He gave me confidence to get to the start line. Although I didn't get the time I wanted I did complete the London marathon and raised over 5k. Much of this is down to Graeme. Highly recommend.

GJP Health came to our workplace (Sparlonz Ltd) to run a first aid training course for some of our team. Graeme's approach to teaching was brilliant, as we were all engaged in both learning and practicals and even those of us who have previously been first aid trained, learnt new things. I would highly recommend GJP Health coming to any business and teaching / training team members.
