Absolute outstanding service, knowledge and professionalism. Had my 2019 van serviced and some parts replaced in June 2022 by a different garage in Redditch and there was something not quite right with it from day one of the service. Took it back repeatedly without success and to then basically be dismissed with "get another opinion". Took it to Oliver at MJ & OJ and I can't express in words how professional the service was, how detailed the updates were to investigating the issues with the van. Oliver must have gone through the entire mechanics of the van with a fine tooth comb. Over four days gave me regular updates with issues found, remedy suggestions and works completed. Got my van back on the morning of day five and it was a dream to drive again. My confidence in my own van had been restored, the work was exceptional, and last but not least, all remedial works came in cheaper than the original works from the aforementioned cowboys in Redditch. My van, my car and my wife's car will be going nowhere else from now on. Thanks Oliver for restoring my faith in garages and honest and professional work.
