Another insurance company! Initially one of the lower policy quotes following a substantial search of the market. I remain indifferent and skeptical of all insurance providers. Despite providing all of the information required to the otherwise pleasant operative, the premium leapt up by over 100 a few days later. The reason didn't make any sense because nothing had changed in respect of the info I provided. However, time was running out and I had to get cover for my tenant. I believe some points were omitted or not provided to the underwriter following the broker's initial submission of my details. The original quote was the reason I went back to this company but alas, some communication issue between the professionals caused my premium to go up. It gives good reason to mistrust the typical actions of this industry and their operatives. Hopefully it was incompetence rather than the notion that I've been the victim of 'The Insurance salesman'. Following my disgruntled opinion, there was a small concession provided. My tip, search early an ensure the companies have quoted in good faith to avoid disappointment.

I found one to one online and the last couple of years have been dealing with Lee. Always very professional, helpful and quick to arrange quotes. The quotes I have received have also been very competitive, so will keep using them.
