Avion supplied the Stage and PA for Romstock 2017. They are a trusted partner and always give a quality service from inception through to delivery. The quality of staff and equipment used were excellent and the resulting product and sound quality was first class. We look forward to working with Avion again at Romstock 2018

In my years working as a professional events planner, Avion TSL are one of the best AV companies I have ever worked with. They tendered excellent value and comprehensive bespoke quotes for our unusual outdoor event, Gilwell Reunion 2018 (3-days, 2000+ attendees, 6 venues requiring AV support). The event included a great looking AGM stage, sound, and projector system with repeater screens and technical support installed directly into a marquee on a field, as well as a high quality soundsystem and impressive light show for indoor live concerts featuring DJs and bands in a large indoor setting, a temporary pub soundsystem, a main outdoor stage soundsystem, and an amplification system for our large campfire songs activity. The Avion team were so patient and helpful with our changing requirements in the lead up to the event. They put together some great mockups of the important venues and recommended systems, equipment, and support based on our needs. They discussed the details of the setups in a manner that was adaptable to the audience, always patient, friendly, and professional, and took responsibility to ensure that the technical activities were delivered on time and without a hitch, always predictably and with an impressive level of quality. On site, the team were great at working with our volunteers and staff, and quickly fell into a rhythm of communication and adaptability to accommodate late notice ideas and give/fulfil recommendations to improve the look and sound of our event even further. They were good at understanding the big picture, good at taking responsibility and helping us to ensure success, they were able to simultaneously support 4-5 different locations with a full service, and above all - the whole team were an absolute delight to work with. Working with Mat and his team has been a real pleasure. Solihull Theatre Company produced a re-imaged version of South Pacific where we needed to project various still images and movies onto a screen along with 2 monitors. Mat provided us with a state of the art projector so we didn't lose any quality of the images, this helped us create a very different feel to the overall show and allowed the audience to be fully immersed into the show. Then to top it all we needed to provide the musical director with the ability to see all the direction on stage and for the cast to see him back, with an infra-red camera we managed to achieve this and the musicall direction of the show went off without a hitch! I will happily recommend Avion TSL for excellent customer service and technical support, both throughout show week and beforehand. Well done Avion TSL!
