The transformation has been amazing so far, I feel more stable, back pain episodes is almost non existent. Along with changes to how I sleep, stand and sit. I'm standing taller, straighter, stride is longer, mobility improved.

Found these guys after lots of research and reading all the great reviews, and after going to the sessions consistently I could see why they're rated so highly! Helped me change my habits holistically as well as the treatments in order to be effective, and can't fault the service given, especially with Shreena always ready to help out!

I cannot thank Lucky enough for the care he is providing. My sleep has improved. Im feeling calmer, energised and happier! Along with far more clarity and less fuzziness in my head. Although some may consider this as chiropractic care, it works in a different way and the benefits can be felt from the very first visit. I am so glad to have found Lucky, Niamh and Shreena. They all care so much and make sure you are well looked after. Highly recommend coming in for an introductory visit to experience this.
