        Kaz was most helpful and showed me all the stock in the store on an I pad. She was very patient while I tried on a few styles without being at all pushy.

        I went to Clark's shoe shop in Kings Heath yesterday. The snow had revealed a hole in my shoes but I had a further three hours of work ahead of me. The lovely, chatty Kaz attended me. She found what I needed within three minutes and sent me happily on my way back to work with dry feet and some very comfortable footwear. She even disposed of my old shoes in their recycling system. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received. Wonderful.
