        I can honestly say , everything from professional advice, honesty and customer service has been amazing. I bought all the machinery for my shop : Grill, fryer, fridge etc. I am highly satisfied with my purchases, but mostly with the level of customer service that I received . I strongly recommend anyone looking to start a food business to go to Universal Catering equipment in Birmingham. Best in the business .
