Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery Minworth

I recently got a Kitchen from Benchmarx, Minworth branch in Sutton Coldfield. I had taken quotes from four reputable companies. Benchmarx was able to provide a high quality kitchen at a very competitive price. Hannah Ray was the designer I dealt with. She was very helpful & understanding. The design was spot on and then she came out to ensure the design match up with the measurements I had given. Even my kitchen fitter was impressed with the quality and price of the kitchen. Unlike other companies who bombarded me with phone calls , Benchmarx took a very sensible & non-pressured approach. It just demonstrates their confidence in their product and their fair pricing. After kitchen delivery, Hannah got in touch to ensure everything was going as planned. I would definitely recommend them.

Unbelievable customer service. Tony went above and beyond to sort out an issue I had with a cooker hood that had broken outside of warranty. With the cost of living going up, the last thing you need is unexpected additional costs when something breaks. I phoned Benchmarx in hope that I could maybe get a cheap fix or a slightly discounted unit but Tony exceeded expectation and arranged a replacement unit as a good will gesture. Not many companies would have done the same. Thank you so much.

Very straight to deal with. They work exceptionally hard to keep the customer happy. Tony is very professional and manages a forward looking team. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful service from Phil and Benchmarx. Phils attention to detail and ideas blew us away. We had two visits, 1. To take initial measurements and 2. To double check when the plastering was completed. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and we couldnt be happier with the whole process. Id highly recommend phil and Benchmarx to anyone.
