Can I just say these guys were phenomenal....Lucy has been an absolute star making it a pleasure to speak to with no pressure sales...along with Jo who made sure we had everything we needed and Dean who came out to measure up....we chose (from a selection of cards who they deal with) Mick Petford....can I just say me and my wife Michelle would not hesitate to use his services again....really cracking bloke as was Mark and Lee...always courteous and polite ...always on time (sometimes early)..knows their trade inside and out and really can't recommend them highly enough....as a matter of fact we WILL only use their services again and nobody else (if they can put up with us lol) excellent experience from start to finish from all involved

My husband & I, were served by Jo & Dean. Dean came out to our house in the morning & measured up, so we knew what sizes would best fit our bathroom. Jo, served us at the shop & was incredibly efficient, she gave us options & we really felt the pressure of having a complete bathroom refit lifted. Throughout our visit, they both advised us on what would best suit our needs. We feel so reassured that our bathroom will be amazing - so excited!
